Remember that your improvement project will not be considered until ALL supporting documents have been received. The submitted documents shall remain the property of OHNA, so please make a copy for your personal records.

  • A site or plot plan indicating size and location of improvement and measurements relative to all property and easement lines. (Very important part of the submission)
  • Blueprints, working drawings or sketches.
  • A photograph or drawing/sketch of a similar completed improvement (if available).
